Western Australia – ETAWA


The Economics Teachers’ Association of Western Australia (ETAWA) aims to

  • promote and extend Economics Education in Western Australia
  • provide a means for the exchange of ideas on the teaching of economics
  • act as a body representative of teachers of economics
  • publish and make available materials of interest and value to teachers of economics
  • maintain liaison with professional associations of teachers of economics, plus other professional and academic bodies; and,
  • undertake any other activities aimed at promoting and supporting the teaching of economics.

Membership Fees

  • Secondary (includes K-12 Schools)   $150.00 per annum
  • Primary Schools                                 $25.00 per annum
  • Individual membership                       $75.00 per annum
  • Pre-service teachers                          $25.00 per annum
